How do I know which size to order?
Sizing varies between brands. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort during high-intensity training.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items may be non-returnable.
How should I care for my pole wear?
To preserve the elasticity and metallic finishes of your gear, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. Always air dry and avoid using fabric softeners or tumble dryers.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 PM GMT Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
