Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed from pole wear sets.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
